Peace of Mind Care work to serve our local community in the best way we can offering practical support.
We provide support and respite for parents, families & carers of people with disabilities, long term illnesses or terminal illness. We run support groups for parents with children & young people with disabilities, special needs or long term illnesses in Basingstoke and Tadley area.
We provide days out for children & young people with disabilities, long term illnesses or terminal illnesses. We provide respite for parents & Carers. (click here for more information)
We provide vital equipment for children & young people with disabilities to make life a little easier including laptops in order for them to continue in schooling. (click here for more information)

OUR AIMS FOR 2010!

To set up support groups for young people suffering for long term illnesses and/or disabilities/special needs

To set up Drop In Cafes in Tadley & Basingstoke to help reduce isolation of the most vulnerable people in our area

To set up a database of support - i.e. a database of people who would be willing to offer emergency support to most vulnerable people in our community. Those who can offer their time voluntary to do any repairs to homes, gardening, shopping, sitting service, dog walking, ironing, washing, housework, litter picking, what ever needs doing to help local vulnerable people

To set up a collection point of clothes, food, blankets etc for local homeless and vulnerable people in our community
